Adopting Special Needs Children

We wanted to share this note that Barbara sent for those interested in adopting a child with special needs. As a friend told me on Easter Sunday, which was yesterday, "we need them more than they need us". There is something about the smile these children have, their souls are full of so much love! We pray that this information will be a blessing to all those who are seeking such a gift.
